The challenge was to leverage technology to enhance customer experience by creating a comprehensive digital platform that simplifies wealth management and offers a singular view of a customer's diverse portfolio.
Through a strategic collaboration with Ant Digital Technologies, Kenanga developed Malaysia’s first wealth-centric 'Super App' using Mobile Platform as a Service (mPaaS). The app integrates Kenanga’s and its partners' products and services, providing accessible and user-friendly options for managing portfolios and onboarding new financial products. Products like unit trusts, mutual funds, and insurance are set to expand the offerings, positioning Kenanga as a leader in digital wealth management.
